These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Instant Ease mobile applications and services, including the Customer App, Vendor App, Rider App, and Admin Platform. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Instant Ease is a technology platform that facilitates on-demand delivery and logistics by connecting customers to vendors and riders. We provide access to meals, medications, and other products via our mobile applications. We are not a vendor or a delivery company but act as an intermediary.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Instant Ease services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of our platform, users must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Order Placement and Fulfillment
Customers may place orders through the Customer App by selecting available items from listed vendors. Upon confirmation, vendors prepare the order, and our Admin system assigns the delivery to a Rider who picks up and delivers the order.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for updating their inventory, accepting orders promptly, preparing high-quality products, and ensuring accurate and timely order preparation. Vendors must also comply with food safety and regulatory standards.
7. Rider Responsibilities
Riders must use the Rider App to accept delivery assignments, maintain proper hygiene, handle orders with care, and ensure timely delivery. Riders must comply with all traffic laws and delivery standards.
8. Admin Role
The Admin team monitors platform activity, coordinates order flow, assigns deliveries, resolves disputes, and ensures smooth operations across users, vendors, and riders.
9. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the platform are set by vendors and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Customers agree to pay the total cost displayed at checkout, including delivery fees and platform service charges.
10. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers, vouchers, and discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions. Misuse may result in suspension of account privileges. Instant Ease reserves the right to cancel promotions at its discretion.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be canceled within a short time after placement if they have not yet been confirmed by the vendor. Once an order is confirmed or in preparation, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
12. Ratings and Reviews
Users may provide ratings and feedback for vendors and riders. Reviews must be respectful, based on actual experiences, and may not contain false, offensive, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.
13. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent transactions, harass other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Accounts involved in prohibited behavior will be suspended or terminated.
14. Platform Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, Instant Ease may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for service interruptions or delays beyond our control.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may contain links or integrations to third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.
16. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, and software associated with Instant Ease are the intellectual property of Instant Ease Technologies Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
17. Data Privacy

18. Limitation of Liability
Instant Ease is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including delivery delays or service interruptions.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Instant Ease harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another user or third party.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or other conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users. You may also deactivate your account at any time.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
